Kuwait International Airport (KWI) is the main international airport located in Farwaniya, Kuwait. It is located in the south, 15.5 km (9.6 mi) from the center of Kuwait City. The airport has had commercial passenger flights since the 1920s and has been renovated several times. Kuwait City is the capital and largest city of Kuwait found at the heart of the Persian Gulf. It is a global city known as the indisputable political, cultural and economic center of the emirate.

Mirror House

The mirror house just like the name suggests is said to be the only building entirely made of Mirror. The glassworks here are in different shapes and colors such that it lightens up the hearts and spirits of visitors. The building, due to its uniqueness, has been featured in many local and international programs as well as in magazines. The soles of shoes and heels here are much considered due to the fragile nature of the floor.

360 Mall

Located in Al Zahra, the 360 mall is one the most luxurious places for shopping. This is the 3rd biggest mall in Kuwait. The architecture of the magnificent structure is influenced by Middle Eastern culture. Over here, there’s a solar garden which has about 21,000 plants that are grown in vertical walls whose function is to serve as a biofilter to improve the air here for the purpose of improving air and perform the role of bio-filter.

Magic Planet Kuwait

There’s so much fun and entertainment here. You can amuse yourself in the cosmic digital world of Magical planet. There is a place for indoor skiing. Adventurous people are in for an adrenaline-pumping sky trail ride and children can head to water land to enjoy themselves in the water. There’s basically something for everyone here regardless of age.

Aqua Park

Located at Arab Gulf Street,Aqua Park is known to be the first-ever water park in the Gulf considering its size. It covers a vast area adjacent to Kuwait Towers. The Park measures over 60,000 square meters and is a perfect place to have fun with family or loved ones. There’s a swimming area for adults, a pool for kids, scuba diving, volleyball courts and more. One other thing that makes the park unique is that there are separate mosques for men and women here. There are special restaurants near the park where you can have lunch.

Seif Palace

Seif Palace, otherwise known as the “home of the Royal Family”, is an amazing attraction for tourists all year round. The wonderful display of Islamic architecture of the tile work here is absolutely unique and keeps the visitors in awe. The best feature here by far is the watchtower, which is built with blue tiles and the roofs plated in pure gold.

Tareq Rajab Museum of Islamic Arts

Tareq Rajab Museum of Islamic Arts has a collection of the past fifty years and is home to over thirty thousand items that have been gathered during this period. The collections are from various Islamic states which include artifacts and different photographs. Out of these collections, there are thousands of items that are permanently displayed. The Museum is in two parts. In Area A, there are exhibits of calligraphy, manuscripts, miniatures, metalwork, ceramic, glass, wood, jade, and stone-carving. Then Area B, which has a wide collection of objects produced in the Islamic world during the last 250 years like costumes, textiles, musical instruments, and jewelry.

Kuwait Zoo

Kuwait Zoo is home to many animals. It boasts a total number of 1606 animals including endangered species. Besides this, rare birds are categorized into five different units and each category has at least 12 species. One of the park’s purposes is to educate children and the public about animals and the way animals are to be treated.

Grand Mosque

The Grand Mosque is the biggest and the official mosque of Kuwait. one of the treasures of the world. The Mosque is where celebrations and official religious ceremonies are held. It covers a large area of about 46,000 square meters. The Grand Mosque is an excellent model of Islamic architecture style and has a touch of Persian structural design. Muslims from all over the world mostly gather here on Ramadan.
